The front is familiar on purpose: blackcurrant and jasmine, the same tart fruit and white floral that open N°01 L'Homme. If you know the original, the front of N°04 will feel like family.
The base is where the character line earns itself. L'Homme rests on sandalwood; SS stacks three woods under the fruit. Mahogany, dense and reddish. Teakwood, dry and dark. Sandalwood, smooth and creamy. Add the warmth of amber wood and the fruit is standing on a hardwood floor. Heavier brother is not a metaphor. It is the spec.
